Rosić Apartmani Tivat se nalaze u najljepšem dijelu grada, 30 metara od mora I najbliže plaže. Centar Tivta je udaljen 1 km i do njega se dolazi za 10 minuta, šetnjom pored mora, kroz Porto Montenegro marinu. Lokacija apartmana je idealna za odmor zbog centralne pozicije grada iz koga se lako i brzo može stići do obližnjih gradova, plaža i turističkih atrakcija. U krugu od 100 metara se nalaze tri uređene plaže i četiri odlična restorana.
Luksuzna Porto Montenegro marina je udaljena 300 metara. Za goste koji dolaze sopstvenim vozilom obezbjeđeni su privatni parking i detaljne instrukcije za najbolju rutu u zavisnosti od pravca iz kojeg se putuje. Crveni studio (38m²) je komforni apartman sa velikim balkonom sa kojeg se pruža pogled na Tivatski zaliv I Porto Montenegro. U njemu se nalaze bračni ležaj I dvosjed koji se po potrebi transformiše u ležaj za dvoje. Kuhinja je opremljena mikrotalasnom, kuvalom za čaj, posuđem i priborom za kuvanje. Gostima su na raspolaganju oprema za peglanje, fen i radni sto. Možemo obezbjediti i krevetac za bebu, ukoliko je potreban.
Kompaktni studio (19m²) se nalazi na prizemlju i posjeduje namještenu terasu u sklopu dvorišta. U njemu se nalazi veliki bračni ležaj, kompletno opremljena kuhinja, fotelja na razvlačenje, oprema za peglanje I fen. Ovaj apartman je odlična opcija za solo putnike, parove ili porodice sa malim djetetom.
Studio (21m²) se nalazi na prizemlju. Pored sopstvene terase, gosti imaju na raspolaganju privatno dvorište koje je posebno interesanto za najmlađe. U apartmanu se nalazi veliki bračni ležaj i fotelja koja se adaptira u pomoćni ležaj. Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena posuđem i priborom za kuvanje. Gostima su na raspolaganju oprema za peglanje, fen i krevetac za bebu (ukoliko je potreban).
Apartmani imaju velike balkone sa pogledom na Tivatski zaliv i Porto Montenegro. U spavaćoj sobi se nalazi veliki bračni ležaj. U dnevnoj sobi su dvosjed i fotelja koji se takođe mogu adaptirati u tri dodatna ležaja.
Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena posuđem i priborom za kuvanje. Gostima su na raspolaganju oprema za peglanje, fen i krevetac za bebu (ukoliko je potreban).
Žuti apartmani su najveći apartmani koje imamo u ponudi (56m², 4-6 osoba) i imaju balkon sa pogledom na more. U spavaćoj sobi se nalazi bračni krevet dok su u dnevnoj sobi sofa i dvije fotelje na razvlačenje koje se mogu adaptirati u četiri dodatna ležaja. Kuhinja sa frižiderom, pločom i mikrotalasnom je kompletno opremljena posuđem i priborom za kuvanje.Peškiri, posteljina i redovno čišćenje su uključeni u cenu. Krevetac za bebu je je besplatan i dostupan na upit.
Mi smo bili u prizemlju sa malom bebom, tako da kada kazem da je perfektno cisto onda vam je jasno o cemu se radi. Komunikacija sa ljudima koji su vlasnici je odlicna, veoma ljubazni i brizni. Udaljenost od najlepse plaze je 2 minuta. Svakome bih preporucuio ove apartmane, ja na boljem mestu nisam bio u Tivtu (Seljanovo).
We had a warm welcome and a glass of local wine in the garden. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Jovan gave us plenty of good ideas where to go, what to do and where to eat and we felt very welcome and home thanks to him and his family. A nice glass of white wine in the garden made the setting complete. Thanks!
We had a spacious apartment, with a sea view, clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, there is enough storage space, has all the amenities that one might need. Free WiFi and parking are just another one of the many advantages of staying at Rosic apartments. The owners were wonderful hosts, they waited for us, showed us around, they were willing to advise and help and made us feel like at home. I certainly recommend this accommodation and hope to stay with them again should I be in Tivat!
We only stayed a night and I wish I had planned to stay longer. It is a great apartment with every comfort thought of. This was the first apartment in Montenegro that had paper towels! That's a small point but it tells you that the Rosics think of everything. The place was also spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful apartment with a view of the bay. It is a short walk to the town center along the boardwalk, which is the usual lovely place of restaurants on the waterfront. The nearby marina is gorgeous.
Rosic Apartments is the place to stay if you are interested in the local culture, and want to get the "feel" of Montenegro and its people. There is much more than just the tea/coffee/homemade lemonade in a cup that the gracious hosts will offer you - it's the sincere warmth and hospitality of this beautiful country. Apartments are 30 meters away from the San beach and about 60 meters from Waikiki beach. Hosts are very friendly, always glad to help and give useful advice regarding leisure/car rent/trips and etc. in Montenegro. We were warmly greeted by the owners and as we had arrived during Orthodox Easter, we were offered the best doughnuts and a pretty stained egg which was very welcomed after our early flight! The location is great for travelling to other parts of Montenegro as well as to Dubrovnik. The apartments were well furnished, spotlessly clean and had good steady WiFi connection.
Everything was superb. The modern apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. Location is great, close to the beach and Porto Montenegro. The hosts were especially hospitable, friendly and ready to help with everything. Thanks a lot for help with finding a good doctor in Tivat for our daughter who needed medical help. I would highly recommend Rosic Apartments to anyone!
The hosts are the best hosts we ever met: very warm and friendly, helpful, attentive to us and our kids. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, 1 minute to walk to very nice beach and few minutes to walk to the city center. Very beautiful view of the sea from the quite big balcony!
The owners are very nice people who even gave us a lift to our next accommodation. The property was beautifully clean and our top floor apartment had lovely views. The apartment was clean, spacious and airy. It is conveniently located - a 10 minute walk to Porto Montenegro and Tivat center. Recommend highly and would definitely return.
